Delivery

Free delivery within Kingston and St Andrew. Island-wide delivery by courier at the customer's expense, quoted at the time of order. Standard turnaround is 1—3 business days in Kingston and 2—5 business days island-wide.

Collection

Local pickup can be arranged in Kingston 20 by appointment.

International

We ship to the diaspora on request. Message us with your destination for a quote and timeline. Duties and import charges are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened fragrance. If a bottle arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will replace it or refund it in full.

Wholesale returns

Trade returns are handled under the wholesale order form or consignment agreement in force.
